Empowering Women * Empowering Families

Whether you’re navitativing the world of ADHD, Autism or another nuerodiverse condition, this space is for NeuroSpicy women to be seen, heard, understood, and find their community.

Neurospicy Mummas is a support group, offering a safe space for women to be empowered by feeling seen, heard and loved, where neurodiversity is celebrated rather than stigmatized. We provide opportunities to connect, learn and grow together by building a community of NeuroSpicy Mummas with emotional, social and educational support.

If you're a neurodivergent woman, mother or carer raising a neurodiverse child, and wherever you are on the diagnostic journey and whatever you stand on medication is, joining NeuroSpicy Mummas support group can be one of the best decisions you make—for both your well-being and your child’s future.

Motherhood can be a beautiful, life-changing experience — BUT— it can also feel like an overwhelming, never-ending battle to juggle children, home, partners, work, friends, bills, schools, appointments — and find space for your own mental, emotional and physical health.

NeuroSpicy motherhood has a complexity that can make you feel isolated.

The combination of managing personal neurodivergent traits while raising children can lead to physical and emotional exhaustion, with societal pressures and demands of parenting leading to mental health issues in a vicious cycle of stress and self-criticism. You are not alone.

Come as you are. Sign up and join the NeuroSpicy Mummas support group, and take a step toward empowerment.

Kylie founded NeuroSpicy Mummas to meet an unmet need in the neurodiverse community—supporting women navigating late diagnoses, motherhood, and identity. Kylie has a Bachelor of Counselling and a Bachelor of Psychology and is ACA level 1.

After growing up undiagnosed with ADHD and being misdiagnosed with anxiety and depression in her early 30s, Kylie received her ADHD diagnosis in her late 30s following her son’s diagnosis. This sparked a deep personal transformation as she worked through an identity crisis, reframed her experiences, and embraced her neurodivergence through therapy and self-discovery.

As a mother of children with Autism and ADHD, Kylie brings personal insight into the realities of raising neurodivergent kids—from diagnostic challenges and sensory sensitivities to masking fatigue, executive function struggles, and emotional dysregulation.

She is especially attuned to how ADHD symptoms in women fluctuate with hormonal cycles. Drawing from current research, Kylie recognises how estrogen and progesterone influence dopamine, — the key neurotransmitter in ADHD — impacting symptom presentation and the need for tailored support across life stages.

Kylie is passionate about exploring how childhood trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and cultural conditioning shape identity in neurodivergent women. Her work is grounded in psychoeducation, holistic counselling, and compassionate enquiry to help women rediscover their authentic selves.

Through NeuroSpicy Mummas, Kylie creates a supportive space where neurodivergent women feel seen, valued, and never alone.

Wherever you are in your journey, and whatever your stance on medication, you deserve to be understood, supported, and empowered.
